If a pothole could cause damage to a vehicle or is a public safety hazard, this is considered an emergency, and you are encouraged to call 311 to report it.
- Potholes that are deemed an emergency, will be repaired as quickly as possible.
- For a pothole that is not considered an emergency, use the Pothole Repair request
- If the area had utility work done (I.E. Valve, Manhole, Sewer main, Waterline, etc.) and the patch has now sunk down, use the Paved Road Sunken Service request.
- For Large Road Breakups (6 meters (20 feet) by 6 meters or bigger), use the Paved Road Repair request.
